From our team of system DOD (Drop On Demand), our concrete industry customers can have  fully prepared teams to work in the hardest environments and situations of the production.

Our client needed a large marking to see the lot number from long distances, against the darkness that pieces of this type of concrete had . Their need was solved when we adapted a LCP team with a 16V print head, which allowed him to print characters at a height of 50 mm. and it can make large texts to contrasted with the heavy darkness of this kind of concrete.

Alcohol based black ink

Marking blocks of concrete. In this application we applied a DOD team working with 3 lines of print on points, thanks to the porosity of the product was used alcohol based ink resistant to ultraviolet rays.

Alcohol-based black ink

Application to mark bags of concrete, it would report a date and the name of the company in 2 lines of text. For application, adapted to the production line equipment DOD, using a dot marking and drawing on the porosity of the product, we used a type of alcohol-based ink resistant to ultraviolet rays.
